This role is based in Riyadh and therefore requires native Arabic speaking Sales and Business Development professionals. Although well established in the UAE and very much seen as a market leader, the client is new to the Saudi Arabian market and therefore, keen to have a tenacious and committed individual in this role who will grow with them as they become more successful in the coming years.
As the sole Business Development person you will report directly into the CEO who is exceptionally focused and will offer mentoring for those who are not experienced in the business incorporation sector. The main responsibilities of the role will be to aggressively generate and develop sales opportunities for clients wishing to set up their business in Saudi Arabia, or make changes to their license capabilities. As the organisation prides itself on his client experience, you will therefore possess consistently high standards of service and strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve your targets, which will be KPI based. You will be highly driven to seek out opportunities at every turn and present recommendations to your clients concerning further development of their business and to gain additional ongoing sales.
This role requires energy, tenacity and strong market and industry acumen in order to target your approach and achieve individual and company success. Networking is also an important part of the role and you will attend relevant events (virtually and in person, when safe to do so) to widen your network and develop new business potential further on an ongoing basis. This will ensure you are constantly seeking out new opportunities in order to continually develop a high revenue generating client base.
To apply for this vacancy, it is essential that you have 2-3 years of sales and business development expertise in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia as a whole. You will bring strong sales strategy, a professional pitch and be exceptionally well-presented and articulate in your native Arabic, alongside full fluency in English. You will be accustomed to working in a target driven environment and possess a commitment for achieving such, actively and quickly developing you reputation in a new market. You will be well educated to degree level and you have your own vehicle. This is not a usual 9-5 role and will require a lot of hard work and commitment; however the rewards both in terms of commission and professional development will be for the taking.
