WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails,
  • Ensure reaching all companies assigned by phone presenting the company’s recruitment solutions, identifying leads, and assigning them to the relationship managers,
  • Review the CRM database periodically and identify potential companies to create a daily calling list for the sales team,
  • Responsible for promoting the company and its value proposition for HR professionals,
  • Conduct online research to update CRM database info – companies’ contact details, edit inaccurate data and delete duplicates,
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, and constantly be on the lookout for resources of companies, human resources professionals, and C-Suit executives,
  • Update CRM for all historical interaction with companies,
  • Ensure the growth of a quality company and email lists for high yielding Marcom campaigns,
  • Carry out other sales and operational activities as requested by the management.
