Job Description

• On a consistent basis, visit the offices of the customers and maintain contact in representation of principal, to promote principal products or to follow up tendering process or ongoing orders.• Coordinate and organize meetings between Principal and customers for technical or commercial purposes, ambling participation and presentations in such meetings of Principal’s employees.• When required by Principal, lead and perform technical or commercial pre- qualifications/ re- qualifications processes for the products.• Assure regular flow of information about upcoming or ongoing tenders, prospective customers and customer’s business development plans.• Follow up on the tendering process informing Principal about inquiries and tendering results.• Follow up on the execution phase of the purchase order.• Identifying new sales leads• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met the targets• Attend to any future task identified / requested by Management.
