Our client, a multinational organisation involved in O&G/ Maritime is looking to hire an HR Manager for their Dubai office.
This role is to provide HR Generalist support to the team across Dubai and the Middle East with a matrix organisational structure whereby your will be reporting to the MD and Global HR. You will handle the implementation of policies and procedures, recruitment, performance management as well as day to day HR issues which will be the main aspects of this role. You will have one direct report to support in HR Admin related issues.
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 3-5 years’ experience working in HR. You should have excellent computer skills as well as have strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be extremely beneficial. As they is constant contact with overseas offices the work week for this role is Monday to Friday.
