Job Purpose:To increase sales and buyer attention, capitalizing on the human tendency to ‘window-shop’.Displays are frequently changed to promote new product launches and reflect festive orseasonal theme.
Objectives:1- Reporting to the line manager to set up of VM briefs & changes2- Ensure store team are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standards3- Report on store brief execution and standards4- Work with high profile stores & concessions sites including flagship stores5- Provide feedback to Regional Managers regarding store standards and relevantmerchandising/stock issues6- Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximize sales opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities:1. Checks the Visual Merchandising implementation at all stores based on the market activationplan and in line with global guidelines and policies2. Executes Visual Merchandising training for the Sales Team in all channels Supports theordering of VM tools and displays.3. Coordinates if global Visual Merchandising tools need to be printed or executed locally.4. Works closely with Merchandising, Marketing colleagues and Boutique Managers5. Coordinates Visual Merchandising for new openings, relocations and refurbishments.Supports Visual Merchandising for events6. Provides feedback as well as any other ideas to central on any improvement areas7. Develop market specific strategies for various retail and visual merchandising operations anddevelop long and short-term objectives.8. Assist to develop various strategies for improvement of store ambience and display variousseasonal items.9. Prepare and execute visual merchandising signage and provide solutions to specificmarketing requirement and manage all promotional events.10. Coordinate with visual merchandising team and analyze zone set up requirement forindividual store category.11. Work with planning and operations department and develop ways to increase inventorythrough merchandising store capacity and load.12. Develop visual presentations to increase sales through visual impact.13. Monitor competitors visual merchandising techniques and incorporate effective techniquesin business.14. Prepare and maintain a database of dates for all retail and market releases of product andservices.15. Monitor customer profile and store size and identify appropriate visual presentation forvarious product categories.16. Organize training workshops for visual merchandising and assist in setting up of trainingcenters for same.17. Coordinate with various teams and prepare materials to provide support to various belowthe line marketing activities.18. Participate in various trade shows and live events.19. Analyze trade requirement and design strategies with help of new visual ideas
Minimum Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role Solid background in visual merchandising.
Preferred Experience Requirements:Minimum Education Requirements:
- Diploma in marketing, business or any related field.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Diploma in marketing or interior design.
Required Skills:• Ability to train and coach• Willingness to travel 100% of working time and have a driving license.• Eye for details• Computer skill ( office PP and excel is a must)
