Social Media Officer will be the communicator with customers via different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & WhatsApp)
The team will handle Kuwait and KSA Communications with customers related queries and will be reported to Contact Center Manager.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to Customer’s Feedback: the social media officer is responsible to respond to customer’s queries & Feedback from different social media channels for both (Kuwait & KSA profiles)
    *ABYAT has from 100 to 400 new customer registration per day. 
    A. Register customer’s requests via portal and make sure that each one is closed within the SLAsB. Resolving customer’s complaints and make sure to deliver the resolution as promised
    A. Highlighting any trend cases received from the social networks to the supervisors 
  2. WhatsApp Communication Channel: The Social Media Officers will be also responsible for the future customer engagement through the WhatsApp Communication Channel.
